GEYSER FALLS Choctaw, Mississippi 

Geyser Falls is a water park that MLD was asked to envision, concept, master-plan, design and oversee its construction and installation along the Pearl River. Tribal leaders sought to increase employment and tourism on their lands by building a family-oriented destination resort. Concept to completion was accomplished in nine months, with a total budget of $20M. Attendance has exceeded expectations by more than 50%. MLD managed the entire creative team, including more than 30 architects, landscape designers, scenic artists , and other subcontractors in bringing this vision to life.
