OKLAHOMA RANCH  Vinita, Oklahoma

Oklahoma Ranch is a new resort development concept in Vinita, OK The project is planned to include a hotel water park, outdoor water park, festival center, dinner show theater, 18 hole golf course, various residential, R.V. park, and a Main Street USA/Route 66 Boulevard retail, dining, and entertainment experience.

To develop a resort experience that would unite Oklahoma's rich traditions, celebrations, and culture into one destination location. Showcasing Oklahoma's talent, heroes, industry and technology, this project was a New Vision for Vinita, transforming the local area into a thriving new community.

The project was a large project, over 4400 acres (nearly 7 sq. miles!). Given the sheer volume of material that had to be conceived and master planned, we at MLD had our work cut out for us! Many reams of drawing, sketches bubble diagrams and concept art were generated to describe this sprawling development.

Michael Lee Design captured the essence of the Oklahoma Spirit from the Grand Time of the Cowboys through the modern era in many fascinating, entertaining and instructive exhibits and interactive attractions. A golf course, various lakes, housing developments, and a host of resort amenities were conceptualized.
